5062 S. Plaza Dr., Newburgh, IN 47630

We are offering several options:

- Traditional Social Skills training: 1 hr., small group sessions including parenting tips. $140 for the entire session (can be pro-rated for absences scheduled in advance)

- Community Social Skills Training: This one is for the older kids who are pretty good at basic social skills and now are ready to practice them in the real-world. Geared toward the late-middle and early-high school student, the group meets at a different community venue each week for two hours for some coaching, fun, and practice! The schedule will be determined during the first session so it matches the participants' interests and excitement. Cost is $35 per session, plus cost of activities, with reservation and payment needed at the end of the first session.

- "Give Me A Break!" - This is a new, innovative program offered for our region's children with unique neurobehaviorial needs, including extreme ADHD and autism to give them a place to go that provides structured and supervised fun aligned with their skill level. It provides much needed respite for the families and a change of scenery for the kids, from preschool until high school. Community demand will determine the hours, but with enough interest, your child can attend from 1-3.5 hours at a time for fun with other kids, with activities provided under an applied behavior analysis framework. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions will be considered. Cost is $20 an hour with a 10% discount with the purchase of a 10-hr. package.

- "So, What's The Deal With High School?" - There's a reason people talk about "surviving" high school. It can be tough!  We're planning for this group to meet twice a week for two hours each session to learn social, academic and survival skills in high school. Academic readiness will include concentration on writing reports, tricks to make the important stuff jump off a page, note-taking skills, organization strategies, and guidance in creating a balanced high school experience that aligns with post-high school goals. During the school year this program will include SAT and ACT preparation for students with unique needs. The summer group is recommended for students in the 7-10th grades. Cost will be $45 per two-hour session. Topics will be announced in advance with registrants' input and reservations are needed.

- Individualized Programming Across All Settings: We specialize in creating individualized one-on-one programs to target specific needs from toilet training to life skills training to a learning how to initiate a conversation and hundreds of other social and functional skills regardless of age or the setting needed for practice. If you don't see what you need above, please contact us and let us know how we can help!

Applied behavior analysis—or the science of behavior—is at the foundation of our methods. A brief intake session is required for first-time participants. Some insurance companies cover some of the cost of training, depending on the diagnosis. However, to keep the prices as low as possible, we must ask the families to manage most of the insurance interactions, although our Family Services Coordinator is glad to help to the extent possible.
